SiteCobbaThe team app for tradespeople.
Schedule jobs, run your crew and keep clients in the loop, all from your phone.
No credit card required. Full access to every feature for 14 days.
Clients and subbies — one screen each
One link keeps the client off your phone.
Share a private link with progress photos, the live Gantt, selections, variations and payments. Clients approve extras and flag payments themselves — you just confirm.
Every trade on one timeline, chasing themselves.
Invite subbies by link, set the dependencies once, and when a bar shifts every downstream trade gets an auto-email with their new start date. One project group chat — no more 9 WhatsApps.
One job, end to end — timeline, yard and crew
Tap through a real new-build: every trade, delivery and inspection on the timeline, the tools and materials in your yard, and who's on site each day. Slip one bar and SiteCobba shifts what's next and emails the affected subbies.
Everything on the job — all in your pocket
Walk the yard. Talk. Done.
Hit the mic, dictate what's there — AI itemises every box, length and tool, auto-grouped by category. The whole crew sees live stock from their phone.
Speak it. It's on the calendar.
Every crew member's calendar feeds back to you. See what's happening on each job at a glance — colour-coded and live.
Who's on what, today.
Drop your crew onto jobs, the yard, training or leave and the week's plan is set in seconds. Everyone sees their own day, you see the whole crew.
Snap it. Talk it. Everyone knows.
Add a photo and talk through what needs doing — the note sits on the job, so anyone who walks onto site knows exactly what's going on before they start.
Drop a pin. Say what's up.
Pin the exact spot on the plan, talk it through, or attach a photo and a link — specs, datasheets, a supplier page — so the crew and the client are looking at the same thing.
Your data stays yours
Privacy first. Every project, quote, photo, voice note and calendar event is stored securely in encrypted cloud infrastructure — encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with row-level access controls so only you and the team members you invite can see your jobs.
Encrypted end-to-end
TLS in transit and AES encryption at rest on every photo, recording and document you upload.
Locked to your account
Row-level security means no other business or staff member can ever see your data.
Privacy first
